Delivery Information | |||
Customers will be notified when their order arrives and a delivery date will be established. Delivery must be accepted when notified. If delivery can not be accepted when the truck is in your area an additional delivery charge will be added. A four hour window will be necessary within which delivery will be made. Please be sure that the area in which the furniture will be set up is clear. The delivery crew can not relocate your existing furniture or remove it. It may be that the delivery crew will not be able to set up the furniture without risk of damage because some homes have narrow doors, hallways and low ceilings. If this should occur the furniture will be left in another area that is easily accessible. The delivery crew will make the final decision. Customer is responsible to inspect all furniture for damages upon delivery. If there are damages, Apple Creek Furniture will repair damages and reschedule delivery for a later date. If damages occur after the delivery it is the responsibility of the customer to return the damaged furniture to us. Apple Creek Furniture will ship damaged furniture on the next available truck to the manufacturer for repairs. Any charges incurred by the manufacturer will be the customers responsibility. It is the responsibility of the customer to pick up the furniture. If customer is unable to pick up furniture, Apple Creek Furniture will deliver furniture for a delivery fee. |
